Workshop Cancellation Policy

Oxford Yarn Store is only able to offer classes to those aged 16 and above.

If you do need to cancel please give as much notice as possible and be aware of the following policy:

• Cancellations made at least 30 full days prior to the event will be entitled to full refund.
• For a 50% refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 full days prior to the event.
• We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made for ANY reason within 7 days of the class.
• Requests to change or transfer classes (including to another date for the same type of workshop) are treated as cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation policy above.

For multi-day classes or events such as 'Knit-A-Longs' where the cost is for all sessions, we cannot offer any refunds for partial attendance.

We cannot be financially responsible for conditions outside of our control including but not limited to: weather, road/public transport closures, personal health of attendees or any COVID related concerns.

You may transfer your class place to somebody else if you wish- please let us know of the name change in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel a class at any time in which instance a full refund will be given or an alternative place on another course offered where available.
