Construction
The blouse is knitted from top to bottom. The advantage of knitting a raglan model in this way is that you can try it on along the way and thereby adjust the length and sleeve length.

Knit back and forth while the neckline on the back and shoulders is shaped, and then cast on stitches to the neckline on the front piece, and now knit in the round over all stitches.
